The senior cohort--all scientific and corporate managers at Montgomery & Associates--recently gathered in Tucson to complete an 8-week mentorship coaching program led by Kristine. As part of M&A's commitment to its employees, all senior professionals engaged in this customized program where we learned valuable tools to become better mentors of our early-career staff. Topics included building strong relationships, unconscious bias, goal setting, ethics, and communicating feedback. The culminating session in Tucson brought together 38 professionals from all our offices, some meeting in person for the first time.
